We are currently looking for a Third in Charge to work below the Deputy and the Nursery Manager to Manage the setting in their absence at our Battersea Day Nursery.
You will based in the under 2’s room but will gain office experience. Experience of supervising staff in an Early Years setting and of working with children aged under 2 years observing and planning using the relevant curriculum is essential. need This would be the right role for someone who is looking to take the next step up to management.
If you feel you have the communication skills and confidence required to manage a busy room and Nursery and ensure high quality childcare standards are met, this is the type of role for you.The Successful candidate will receive ongoing training including the NVQ4 and the opportunity for career progression.
