My clients are looking for an experienced Team Leader for their residential school for young people with learning disabilities, autism and sensory disabilities in Surrey. Successful applicants for this role will be managing a staff team, managing a rota, supervising and appraising staff, conducting reviews with external agencies, organising activities and trips for service users, and ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of pupils.
