We are seeking a permanent full time Room Leader to work within a private day nursery

All candidates must:

• Be able to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to be able to deal with staffing issues
• Be post qualified for at least 2 years to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years or Equivalent
• Have worked within an Early Years setting for the past 2 years with obtainable references ( with the past year or more within a Senior/Room Leader role)
• Posses a clear CRB (Fully Enhanced)
• Have sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills
