This well established nursery based in East London is looking for a motivated and experienced room leader to join their team.
You will have supervisory experience and hold a level 3 in childcare.
You will be leading the 3-5 years room so experience working with this age is vital.
Your duties will include:
Leading and delegating a small team of staff.
- Supporting the deputy and manager in the day to day running of the nursery.
- Building relationships with parents, carers, guardians.
- Planning in accordance to the EYFS.
- Record keeping and observations.
