Room Leader- Kingston Upon Thames/Teddington Fantastic opportunity for a Room Leader in Kingston Upon Thames and Teddington to work as part of an up and coming nurseries.
Previous experience of managing your own room is essential and good management skills is also desirable.
The position itself will be working along side 3 members of staff with the Under 2’s supporting the room on a daily basis.
The Nursery is part of a growing organisation, so there will be lots of opportunity to progress your career.
To succeed within this role you will need to be committed to your work with children, have good organisation and communication skills and enjoy building good working relationships with parents.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent (Childcare)
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Supervisory experience
- Experience of working with the Under 2’s (passion is very important too)
