This well established nursery school based in East London is looking for a motivated and experienced room leader to join their team.

You will have supervisory experience and hold a level 3 in childcare.

You will be leading the 3-5 years room so experience working with this age is vital.

Your duties will include:

Leading and delegating a small team of staff.

• Supporting the deputy and manager in the day to day running of the nursery.
• Building relationships with parents, carers, guardians.
• Planning in accordance to the EYFS.
• Record keeping and observations.
