An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Room Leader to work as part of a newly opened nursery in North London.
The nursery is a lovely setting that caters for all children’s needs and is passionate about delivering the best possible care.
The successful applicant will be passionate and will enjoy providing fantastic standards of care and education to the children, as well as delivering good customer service.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Planning for the children based on the EYFS
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents at the beginning and end of the day, so good communication skills is essential.
- Good telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Safeguarding
Requirements for the post:
- Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare
- Post-qualification experience within a supervisory post
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge and experience of OFSTED standards and EYFS
- First aid trained – desirable
