Some of your responsibilities will include:
To promote a caring and welcoming environment for the children to learn, play and develop
To care for and look after children at the highest possible standards.
To ensure that your room runs smoothly and productively
To manage your staff team by providing ongoing guidance and support
To plan, prepare and review the curriculum with your team reflective of the EYFS frameworkTo work in partnership with the parents and provide excellent customer service
To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
To work as part of a hard working and ever improving team
To ensure strictest confidentiality at all times.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
Qualified to NVQ Level 3, NNEB, BTEC Diploma or equivalent
Have 2 years post qualifying experience
Have at least 6 months previous supervisory Room Leader experience.
