Music Teacher
A passionate and committed Music Teacher is required to work with the Under 5’s.
You will be responsible for planning and providing stimulating, age-appropriate music sessions, introducing children to a wide range of music from across the world, as well as providing them with opportunities to explore music and movement in meaningful ways, such as dance etc.
The successful applicant will have a passion for music and a relevant qualification, as well as experience of working with the Under 5’s. You will play the piano at least to Grade 8 standard and have the enthusiasm and energy to excite the Early Years and instil in them a love for music from around the world.
QTS is desirable, but not essential, for this role.
Some of your responsibilities as a Music Teacher will include:
- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- To plan, prepare and provide appropriate Music Sessions reflective of the EYFS
- To work in partnership with the parents
- To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Hold a relevant Music qualification

Some of your responsibilities as a Room leader will include:
- To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS
- To work in partnership with the parents
- To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
- To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Have experience of working with children
