Earlycare are looking to recruit a highly skilled, qualified, hardworking and enthusiastic Room Leader immediately on behalf of a well established nursery in Maidenhead.

The skills we look for in our Room leader include:

• Qualified Nursery Nurse either NVQ, Btec, or NNEB
• 3 Months experience of similar work in the last 2 years is essential
• Strong room management skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Willingness to promote learning
• Own transport is preferable but public transport is no bar to work
• Experience supporting learning across EYFS curriculum
• Compassionate with the ability to build rapport with children

The Nursery is situated in church grounds with indoor and outdoor supervised areas, along with its own private parking. The nursery is well equipped and suits the needs of all age groups. There is an IT study area and two age categorized libraries.
