My Clients are looking for residential support workers for a number of full time positions in an EBD children’s homes in and around Dumfries. It is essential for these roles have an NVQ3 or equivalent and/or background experience in children’s residential care. Previous experience working with young people who have emotional and behavioural difficulties would is essential, it would also be beneficial for the applicant to be a driver. On a day to day basis, the successful applicants will be working with young people aged 11-17 who are vulnerable and have emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. They will be providing an essential support, advice and guidance service, writing reports, conducting assessments and delivering tailored care plans to service users.
Location: Dumfries & Galloway
Salary: £12000 – £14000 per Annum + Negotiable D
