This Secondary school based in South Oxfordshire is looking for a specialist Science Teacher to fill a temporary science teaching job.
Following a recent good – outstanding Ofsted report, this school has a very positive working environment. Teaching staff enjoy full support from the Senior Leadership Team, working in a school with a supportive team atmosphere. Successful applicants will join a department which celebrated 88% A* – C pass mark in last year’s GCSE exams.
You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to teach a varied and stimulating Science curriculum across Years 7 to 10 (Key Stage 3 and 4) in this over subscribed secondary school.
Responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of these pupils, you will need to be confident in planning and preparing the Mathematics curriculum and assessing pupils’ work as well as able to work as part of the teaching team in the Science department.
