We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who holds a Level 4 (or above) qualification in Early Years and who would like to play an active role in helping their students gain their Diploma by placing them in their first ‘Probationer’ Nanny position.
Aspects of this role include preparing and delivering employment lectures to the students; matching Probationer Nannies with prospective families; visiting the Probationer Nannies in their employment settings and providing them with the necessary support to successfully complete their probationary post; and being involved in all aspects of life at the college.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with customer service/ client liaison experience, be well organised and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of confidentiality. A willingness to travel is essential.
