My client is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join their setting based near Winchester. You have to be an experienced Nursery Manager, fully qualified, and you must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in your field. You must also have a through understanding of the EYFS curriculum and should be an expert with marketing, budgeting, training, recruitment, curriculum palnning. This is a 70 place nursery.

Some of your duties will include-

Providing support to the staff team, guiding them, and helping them increase their skills and confidence

To manage the budget and occupancy levels of the nursery including the marketing

To develop strong relationships with the community

To develop strong relationships with parents

To establish, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all Nursery Management within a set cluster.

To guide support and mentor learners who are enrolled on the CCLD programme.

To promote the Kaleidoscope CCLD programme to all relevant Directors of Childcare, Nursery Managers and learners.
