A wonderful academy based in Chiswick is looking for a NVQ Assessor.

You should have Qualifications as an assessor and minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Nursery Nurse / Member of Management.

To work with Tutors/Trainers and Assessors from Casterbridge Academy to ensure learners progress and enjoy the highest level of support.

To establish, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all Nursery Management within a set cluster.

To guide support and mentor learners who are enrolled on the CCLD programme.

To promote the Kaleidoscope CCLD programme to all relevant Directors of Childcare, Nursery Managers and learners.

To maintain up to date CCLD notice boards within relevant nurseries.

To undertake CCLD programme inductions and to play a role in relevant Nursery Apprentice interviews.

To arrange and ensure that placement opportunities are available for all learners.

To implement and maintain all Casterbridge Academy Policies and Procedures.

To support the Academy Manager and IV Coordinator in ensuring the delivery of the NVQ Code of Practice.
