Driver is not essential as the kids schools are near the family home. You will come in at 2pm and start preparing for the kids and then go and collect the children from their schools and have an activity or something similar. The mum will help as well with one child if they have different activities. Also then help mum with bedtime and bath time. Home work help is not needed now but maybe later. Native English would be ideal or a tutor type but this is not essential. Someone who is very creative would be ideal and someone who plays the piano!
