Encouraging children to develop their social, psychical, language, creative and number skills, using their experience and the EYFS framework.

Being aware of children’s individual needs, ensuring that they are stimulated and that they are happy.

Observing and assessing children, writing reports using the EYFS framework.

Working closely with all colleagues and developing close relationships with parents.

Planning, delivering and assessing programs for early learning. Constantly striving to stimulate the children.

Ensuring that all aspects of child protection are covered and working in conjunction with other childcare professionals

Being available for parents evenings and individual meetings with specific parents as and when necessary.

This is a rare chance to take a position in a Nursery where you can retain close links with the chidren as well as learning more about the management of a childcare setting.
