Nursery Manager

We are looking for a Nursery Manager with the ability to inspire and motivate a staff team and promote only the very best standards of care and education for all children at the nursery.

You will be some who is passionate about all aspects of childcare and education and able to bring new ideas to the role.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education

To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff

To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times

To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels

To be influential in developing strong links with parents.

To manage the day to day operations of the nursery

You will be:

NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent

and will need to have, knowledge of OFSTED standards, excellent knowledge of the EYFS, excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines, excellent communication skills, strong people management skills and knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities/SENCO etc.

Previous relevant supervisory experience is essential

Deputy Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Hounslow Day Nursery which is a 97 place setting catering for children aged 3 months- 5 years. We are looking for a Floating Deputy manager to help support and lead the staff team to develop standards and continue to provide quality child care. The successful candidate will be NVQ3 qualified or equivalent in childcare, have experience of managing staff in an Early years setting and of working with 0-5 year olds.
