Deputy/Early Years Professional/QTS
A fantastic opportunity to take a QTS or Early years professional position within a lovely Nursery that offers excellent career progression has arisen.
This positions involves working in throughout the Nursery supporting the Manager in continuing to improve standards and provide quality childcare.
You will be responsible for ensuring the nursery runs smoothly and all parents are happy with the childcare service they are receiving.
If you feel you have the communication skills and confidence required to manage a busy room and Nursery setting and ensure high quality childcare standards are met, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
An NVQ3, EYPS or QTS is essential for this role.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Parent show rounds
To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
To review the curriculum with the team in the rooms reflective of the EYFS
To work in partnership with the parents
To lead and support the staff team
To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
To work as part of a team
