You will be required to escort a young man to his day centre by taxi and then return him home again at the end of the day.

We need you to have worked with severe cerebral palsy and learning disability as well as gastrostomy feeding. You will have at least 2 years checkable references and ideally the CRB check report within the last 12 months. First Aid training would be of an advantage too.
