We need an amazing Manager for this 100 place setting based in Dartford, Kent. The right candidate will have experience of Nursery Management built up over at least 5 years and will have significant expertise with the implementation of the EYFS Framework. The setting is of high quality with outdoor space and rooms which are well equipped. In terms of qualifications, the manager must be minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but preference is for a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.

You will also need to have strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.
