Excellent Native English Speaking Governess/Teacher position for two charming girls aged 5 and 10 just outside Moscow. Teaching qualifications are essential for this role. The girls already have some command of English as they had an English tutor before. Both of the girls greatly enjoy crafts and drawing, the younger girl goes to dancing school and her older sister to drama school. The position is often sole charge and is based in an area where there are other Nannies and play dates are a regular occurrence in this friendly neighborhood. The previous English Governess who has just finished her contract here has done a great job of grounding the children in the language and we are looking for a person to continue the good work. The children are both at school quite a lot of the time and so to help out you may also be asked to assist the son of a family friend who lives in the neighborhood.

Responsibilities

Your main goal is to develop English language skills as well as general caring, supervision and up-bringing.

• Prepare lesson plans and provide sit down English lessons with the girls and occasionally with their mother
• Produce indoor and outdoor language oriented and general developing activities
• Occasional caring duties (simple cooking, feeding)
• Doing arts and crafts together with the girls

Conditions

• Working 5 days/week 8 hours/day, days off are Sunday and Monday (or Friday and Saturday)
• The salary is high and negotiable from 750 GBP PW
• Live out with fully furnished separate apartment near the metro with easy access to the city
• 4 weeks fully paid holidays per year

Her elder half-brothers aged 5 and 8, both fluent in English, will be visiting their father’s house on weekends and traveling with the whole family frequently.
