A fantastic Nursery setting which belongs to a small “boutique” Nursery Provider requires and experienced Nursery Manager. The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but we do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.
The Nursery manager will need to show strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.

The Managers Duties will include –

Implementation of the EYFS Curriculum
Recruitment
Supervision
Leadership
Building strong parent relationships
Marketing the setting
Enrolment and Enrolment targets
Health and Safety
All Financials
Maintenance and appearance of the setting
Fostering strong team ethic within the setting
