Duties:

Normal nursery duties & housekeeping. Mixture of sole and shared charge. Walk the dog(a spaniel) if neccessary

Hours:

Monday – Friday 7am – 7:45pm, occassionally on evenings and you will receive extra pay for this.

You must be:

A confident driver. The family need you to be energetic, healthy and creative with a happy and calm nature.

A mother in Cuckfield requires a part time Nanny / Mothers’ Help to start ASAP.

There are 3 children, aged 5 years, 3 years and a 2 week old baby. The days would be Monday-Friday 9am-12noon (flexible). You will be required to help the mother with her new baby and also looking after the 3 year old when he is not at nursery. There is a lot of flexibility in the role, a driver would be preferred, but not compulsory. Experience with newborn babies would be preferred and a knowledge of establishing babies into good routines would be really beneficial. There is a cat at the home.

Barnes, SW13: Full time live out nanny is needed to have mix of sole charge/shared care of 6 months old baby boy. Mum will be working from home. Must be a Swedish speaker! Childcare with nursery duties only. The family does have 2 cats. Some travel to Sweden (Summer) and South African (approx. 2 weeks per year). Flexible on hours at this point, ideally looking for approx. 40 hours per week either 4 days or 5 days per week + 1-2 babysittings per week. Start asap (can wait until mid/end October for the right person). £10 per hour net

Mix of sole charge and shared care of a 6 months old baby. Mum is starting up her own business and there will be more sole charge as this takes off. The baby was born with cleft palate and is having an operation at the beginning of October, also suffers from reflux. The family is looking for a Swedish speaking nanny as the mother is half Swedish and would like the baby to grow up bilingual. Driver would be good (automatic car is provided) but is not essential. The family is very flexible at this point and will consider part time nannies as well but ideally would like to have 40 hours per week either spread over 4 or 5 days per week. Parsons Green, SW6: Daily nanny is needed to share care of 8 months old and 21 months old girls with another nanny/housekeeper (placed by Eden and very happy in her job!) and the mother who works from home. Nursery duties and focus on one child at a time. Days needed are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 8am – 6pm but flexibility to travel to countryside home with the family for full weekend approx. every 4 weeks is also required. Start 1st November 2011, salary negotiable on experience/qualification (£10-11nph)

Daily nanny to work as part of a lovely team is needed for a family well known to Eden – we have placed their current nanny/housekeeper who works full time Monday – Friday and will be sharing the care for the two girls with the new nanny. Mum is usually around as well but works on projects so this is a mix of sole charge and shared care. This is a childcare role with nursery duties and occasional cooking for the girls. The family also has a farm in Buckinghamshire where they go for weekends approx. once per month and they would like the nanny to accompany them. They also travel abroad some of these weekends when the nanny is not needed at all. Flexibility is needed. The family spends their Summer in Italy and would ideally like the nanny to come with them at least for part of it but this is to be discussed. Babysitting 1-2 x per month is also required. This is a lovely position for a nanny who doesn’t mind being slightly flexible and is happy to give up some of her weekends in exchange to having time off during the week. The suitable candidate will be an excellent team player with strong baby experience and fantastic references. French, Spanish, Italian or German speaker would be great! A lovely family need a full time, live in Nanny for 1 month starting 7th November.

There are 3 children, aged 10, 8 and 6 years old. Mum is having an operation and will be out of the house for the whole month so you will be required to do all duties for the children. Dad leaves home at 5.30am in the morning and returns between 6.30pm-8pm. All 3 children go to school, you will need to get them up in the morning, take to school, in the day time keep house organised and do ironing and washing for children. School pick up is 3.30pm and you will need to help with homework, prepare dinner for the children and be ‘Mum’ for a month. There is a cleaner who comes to the home twice a week, so no cleaning required.

You will have your own en-suite bedroom and use of a car for all duties. It is preferred if you are able to go home at the weekends. £250-£300 net a week.
