Location: currently living in Wandsworth with plans to move to Gloucestershire next summer.

This is a shared care position which will change to sole charge at the end of the year. Mum works from home (in London in a separate office at the end of the garden so she won’t interfere!)

Duties required – standard nanny duties, caring for the boys, their laundry, keeping their room and the playroom tidy, and cooking for them, weaning the youngest, taking them on trips, play dates and to music classes and swimming. Nursery drop off’s and picking him up and a general tidy up of the play areas at the end of the day. Overall, to keep the children in a balanced routine which includes outdoor play, lots of exercise, play dates, stimulating intellectual play indoors through play.

Days/hours of work: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 7:10pm (the children will be in bed for 7pm) with 1 evening baby sitting. Proxy parenting required once a week (this will be when the family move to Gloucestershire) and approx 3-4 weekends per annum

Accommodation offered: separate comfortable nanny accommodation with their own bathroom and kitchenette in both houses. Includes: TV, internet.

Requirements: Must hold a minimum of 4 years solid experience with similar age groups, especially newborns. Excellent level of English if not first language. A driver is a must (car provided). Someone who has positive outlook in life, enthusiastic and enjoys working with young children. Ability to stimulate the children with age appropriate activities and encourage intellectual learning. Confident with good social skills and sense of humour. A positive role model with the ability to encourage good manners. The family would like the person to be able to honest about how they’re getting on and what they are happy/unhappy about so that we can maintain a really positive and open relationship.
