We are a family of 5, kiwi mother, english father, 4 yr old daughter and twins almost 2yrs old. We have had a lovely live in nanny for past 18months and unfortunately her visa is expiring in November. We need a replacement soon!!!
I have started working 3 days pw recently and require a live in nanny to have sole charge of kids on days when Im not home and potentially shared care when Im about (mainly so can have 1 on 1 time with each of the kids). The twins are in great eating/sleeping routines and have been since birth (phew) our twin daughter has Downs Syndrome which means she needs a bit more supervision and care. Her smile will win you over!Our twin boy is a gentle energetic, cutie pie. Our eldest daughter is a princess and loves preschool, dressing up, ballet, cooking and colouring in.
Our current nanny works 7am-7pm, Sunday – Thursday. Your working days can be negotiated to suit your lifestyle but we would appreciate your help on one of the weekend days too. Duties are pretty standard and would be to dress, feed, bath kids, take to nursery, music classes, ballet, plan outings (wetland center/Kew gardens) cooking and preparing meals, buying food for the house if necessary, child related cleaning and laundry (we have a weekly cleaner), initiating games, rotating toys, a good communicator, with English as her first language. Also we would like to have 2 nights babysitting per week in the contract, but on average we probably take 1 night out.
Our nannys bedroom is in the loft, on the same floor as guest room, with own bathroom,(when no guests staying!)there is sky HD, all movies for free and broadband galore.We are looking for a fun, energetic nanny, young at heart with lots of sole charge experience, good references and someone who wants to be part of our family.
