The right person is extremely capable with a proven track record of working professionally with children, has excellent references, has lots of initiative, is committed, trustworthy, can promote the children’s welfare. Alongside this the right applicant will have a good understanding of children’s developmental milestones, can help with homework and provide exceptional back of house service for all members of the household. There will be accommodation provided within the home and travel with the family in school holidays. Applicants need to have references from previous employers, their contact details, and a clear CRB. This position with also include 2-3 nights of babysitting per week and a team player that can work in a home which is fully staffed.
