We are seeking an operations manager to oversee 5 settings. The candidate must have previous multi-site experience and be qualified, ideally a foundation degree or degree. The candidate must also have a car.
The responsibilities will include -
Managing the performance of the Nursery Managers.
Ensure the settings meet their business targets
Ensure the managers are leading and supervising their staff teams appropriately
Ensure the settings are working within the EYFS framework
Ensure all health and safety standards are within legislation
The candidate must be an expert in EYFS, Health and Safety, Ofsted standards, training and recruitment.
