A wonderful academy based in West London is looking for a NVQ Assessor.
Some of your duties are
To work with Tutors/Trainers and Assessors
To establish, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all Nursery Management within a set cluster.
To guide support and mentor learners who are enrolled on the CCLD programme.
To promote the Kaleidoscope CCLD programme to all relevant Directors of Childcare, Nursery Managers and learners.
You must demonstrate
Good communication (verbal and written) and mentoring skills
Computer literate
Good organisation and leadership skills
Demonstrate creative initiative and ability
To work autonomously and in a team
