One of the leading childcare providers are looking for a qualified, enthustiastic NVQ Assessor to work with 5 of their settings based in Essex.

Some of your duties are

To work with Tutors/Trainers and Assessors

To establish, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all Nursery Management within a set cluster.

To guide support and mentor learners who are enrolled on the CCLD programme.

To promote the Kaleidoscope CCLD programme to all relevant Directors of Childcare, Nursery Managers and learners.

A minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience in the role of senior nursery practitioner/member of management in a children’s day nursery setting

Proven knowledge of all facets of the full apprenticeship framework – Technical Certificate, NVQ, ERR, Key Skills and Paediatric First Aid.

Proven knowledge and ability in all aspects relating to quality early years care and education

To demonstrate good communication (verbal and written) and mentoring skills

Computer literate

Good organisation and leadership skills

Demonstrate creative initiative and ability

To work autonomously and in a team

Location: Essex
Salary: £22000.0 – £25000.0 per Annum
Hours: Full-time
