Encouraging children to develop their social, psychical, language, creative and number skills, using by experience and standard industry practice.
Taking care and being aware of children’s individual needs, ensuring they are happy and content.
Observing and assessing children, writing reports using EYFS framework.
Working closely with my colleagues and developing close relationships with parents and other professionals
Planning, delivering and assessing programs for early learning. Constantly striving to stimulate the children.
Ensuring that all aspects of child protection are covered and working in conjunction with other childcare professionals
Planning for the individual child including those with SEN
