Permanent job in Enfield, Qualified Nursery Nurse
Large day nursery
To work with the under 2’s
This is a job for a qualified Nursery Nurse to work in this evolving day nursery. The nursery has recently received a ‘Good’ from Ofsted and is managed by a forward thinking proactive management team. The nursery offer excellent in-house professional development and will train candidates to the next level.
This is job is a maternity cover until September, with the possibility of continuing afterwards. The job is a full time position, 5 days a week. The nursery is open 8am – 6pm and you will be working between 8 – 10 hours a day, depending on shift. You will be contracted to a 40 hour week.
The nursery are looking for a Nursery Assistant / Nurse with a minimum of a Level 2 in childcare and education. You will be working with the under 2’s, but may be asked to move rooms with the children as they develop. A good background working with under 2’s or at least with under 3’s is desirable. You must have good working knowledge of early childhood and EYFS and be able to work as part of a team. You must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
