Hays Education are currently recruiting for Early Years workers to work in the North and North East Lincolnshire areas. We are recruiting for enthusiastic, flexible on call supply staff, qualified to Level 2/3 or equivalent in Early Years who are able to work shift patterns between 8am-6pm each day. Roles vary from working within children’s centres to schools supporting groups or individuals from birth to nursery and reception

Qualifications and experience required:

• Preferably hold a recognised childcare qualification in accordance with OFSTED guidelines (i.e. NVQ 2/3 or equivalent)
• Experience within the childcare industry
• A good theoretical and working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Childcare legislative knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible and Team Player
• Good initiative
• Caring, Friendly, Responsible and Reliable
