NURSERY MANAGER – WEST LONDON
This is not an average nursery manager’s position. This role is for an experienced Nursery Manager looking to work for a professional company. This nursery requires a manager who can ‘think outside the box’ and be able to manage a busy but stunning setting.
This nursery provides care and education for children aged from 03 months to 5 years. You will need to be an organised manager with the ability to guide and lead staff within a warm and supportive environment.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A MANAGER SHOULD INCLUDE:
- To maintain and promote high standards of care
- To ensure the nursery is financially successful
- To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention
- To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
- To work in partnership with the parents
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- An NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of the EYFS
- Knowledge of OFSTED standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong people management skills
- Financial management experience
