The setting is very large, running at an acceptable occupancy but needs to be developed and moved up to the next level. This is a job ONLY for a very experienced Nursery Manager who can offer many years of experience and demonstrate at an interview a track record in providing clients with outstanding Daycare provision.
You will manage the overall operations of the centre which includes; the children’s development, learning and well being; quality of childcare they provide; compliance with regulation; financial performance and team development, budget, recruitment, training, marketing and relationships with local community.
Candidates must be level at least 4 qualified, but they would prefer a Degree, Foundation Degree or EYPS.
