Dynamic Nursery Manager
We need a dynamic, experienced Nursery Manager for this 70 place setting based in South east London. The right candidate will have to be an experienced Nursery Manager who has built up over at least 3 years of management experience and will have significant expertise with the implementation of the EYFS Framework. This setting is high quality with outdoor space and all the rooms are well equipped. In terms of qualifications, the manager must be minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but preference is for a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.
You will also need to have strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.

Building strong parent relationships
Marketing the setting
Enrolment and Enrolment targets
Health and Safety
All Financials
Maintenance and appearance of the setting
Fostering strong team ethic within the setting
