My client requires a confident, Nursery Manager you will be fully qualified to at least level 3 and have sound working knowledge of EYFS and previous experience as a Nursery Manager. This is a small 24 place setting with a real family “feel” to it and an excellent reputation.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery and your Key Responsibilities will include -
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand Child Protection Procedures, Implement Health and Safety polices with in the nursery, Carry out the recruitment of, and induction procedure for all new staff, Hold regular supervisions and appraisals with all staff, Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s, maintain accurate accounts for the nursery
and produce management information.
