Nursery Manager required for excellent 55 place setting based near Watford, belonging to a small, successful Nursery Group with settings across London and the home counties. It is not one of the big chains, but it is a recoginised provider with an excellent reputation and very professional leadership team.
The successful Candidate must be managing day nurseries for at least 3 years and be fully qualified. The must be excellent communicators, have exceptional people skills and be an inspirational leader with a track record demonstrating success in their previous employments. We would be keen to hear from applicants with or aiming towards a Higher Diploma or EYPS.
Duties may include:
Implementation of EYFS Framework.
Responsible for the day to day running and administration of the Nursery.
Organising staff meetings and parent’s evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment
Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, education and supervision of children
Supervision other members of staff
Liaising with parent
