The successful Manager must have passion, flair, excellent communication skills and experience in all aspects of Nursery Management
Duties will include-
Implementation of the EYFS Curriculum
Recruitment
Supervision
Leadership
Building strong parent relationships
Marketing the setting
Enrolment and Enrolment targets
Health and Safety
All Financials
Maintenance and appearance of the setting
Fostering strong team ethic within the setting
