A fantastic Nursery setting which belongs to a small successful Nursery Provider requires an experienced Nursery Manager. We require someone who will produce and implement a framework for growing the business and taking it to the next level. We need a track record which will demonstrate this. The Nursery Manager must be fully qualified with a minimum NVQ3 in Early Years, but we do prefer candidates with a relevant Degree or in the process of doing their Degree.
The Nursery manager will need to show strong oral and written skills, strong leadership and supervisory skills, expertise with the National standards, expertise in implementing and developing the curriculum using EYFS, understanding of business financials, exceptional communicator and able to demonstrate sensitivity and awareness when communicating with parents and staff.
The Managers Duties will include –

Building strong parent relationships
Marketing the setting
Enrolment and Enrolment targets
Health and Safety
All Financials
Maintenance and appearance of the setting
Fostering strong team ethic within the setting
