Experienced Nursery Manager required to for a well established, successful 80 place Day Nursery. You will be working for a leading Childcare Provider We need an experienced manager, someone who has good business knowledge and an a through understanding of EYFS.

Your duties will include:
Implementing the EYFS Curriculum.
The day to day running and administration of the Nursery.
Organising staff meetings and parent’s evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment and staff retention
Producing Staff Rota’s
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio’s
Care, education and supervision of children. Curriculum design and roll out.
Developing strong and meaningful relationships with parents, guardians, children, siblings and the local community
