Fantastic opportunity for a well experienced and qualified Nursery manager to work as part of an up and coming nursery in East London.
This is a private day care setting that holds up to 122 places within the setting within the age range of 3 months to 5 years.
The nursery is open all year round (51 weeks of the year)
You will be responsible for around 22 members of staff, so STRONG leadership skills is essential
The position itself is for a strong Nursery Manager that is looking for a challenging role and to help uphold excellent standards of care and provision within the nursery.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- 2-3 years post qualifying experience and 2 years senior/management experience
- Good organisational skills
- Knowledge of OFSTED standards
- Strong ability to lead and manage a staff team
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities
