Experienced, Nursery Manager with passion, flair, excellent communication skills to join this existing, nursery which forms part of a small successful group. The setting is registered for 88 places. The setting is well equiped, has an outdoor paly area and sensory room. It is well regarded locally and has a stable staff team.
Your duties will include-
Providing support to the staff team, guiding them, and helping them increase their skills and confidence.
Implenet EYFS.
To manage the budget and occupancy levels of the nursery including the marketing
To develop strong relationships with the community and the staff team.
To develop strong relationships with parents and work in partnership with them.
To ensure the standards, and ethos of the setting is maintained at all times.
You will need to have –
NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
In depth knowledge of EYFS
Proven ability to meet targets and timescales
Impeccable time management skills
Working knowledge of health and safety legislation
Working Knowledge of the OFSTED standards
Proven Team Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage staff team
