Experienced, Nursery Manager with passion, flair, excellent communication skills to join this existing, small nursery which forms part of a small successful group. The setting is registered for 80 places
Your duties will include-
Providing support to the staff team, guiding them, and helping them increase their skills and confidence
To manage the budget and occupancy levels of the nursery including the marketing
To develop strong relationships with the community
To develop strong relationships with parents
You will need to have –
NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
In depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Proven track record with meeting all financial targets
Impeccable time management skills
Working knowledge of health and safety legislation
Excellent knowledge of the OFSTED standards
Proven Team Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage staff team
Experience of recruitment, and training staff.
