A well established Nurseries in Maidenhead are looking for a Nursery Manager to take the standard to the next level.
The Manager will have responsibility over delivering a quality childcare service which is compliant with the OFSTED standards, meets customer’s expectations and maximizes opportunities to attract potential customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a diverse staff team
- Customer services – Customer relations & satisfaction, customer attraction and retention
- Business management – To ensure the nursery within the portfolio achieve financial targets, manage operating costs and ensure viability and profitability
The ideal candidate would be mature and have some previous senior experience whilst working in a nursery setting. You must have at least NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification, be highly motivated, organized and be able to work on your own initiative.
