A fantastic nursery in the Ealing area is looking for a Deputy Manager to help run their successful 70 place setting. However for strong candidates the owners of this setting are considering a joint management position. As like most Deputy roles we are looking for Level 3 staff with management or supervisor experience, the role will be supporting the manager with daily life in the nursery and acting as nursery manager in the absence of the setting manager.
The joint manager role will offer someone the chance to work closely with the existing manager, have shared supernumerary administration time and have all the responsibilities of the existing manager.
This role would suit any candidates looking to gain more experience or their first steps in nursery management.
