High profile family based in Knightsbridge then moving to south Kensington in 2010 are looking for a full time live out nanny for their 2 children aged 8 and 11 years, the role will generally be from 8:30 am until 7pm Monday- Friday but you will need to be flexible. Taking charge of the school runs on occasions and making sure they have made the school bus when needed. You will be required to take charge of the general chores of the home, children’s laundry and ironing and general household errands. Homework and some evening tutoring is a large part of the role and the family is looking for someone who is patient and helpful who can work through homework problems with them. You must have excellent cookery experience and be able to cook a full healthy meal for the children each evening from scratch. The family would prefer a driver but it’s not essential as they have a family driver.

You will be required to travel with the family for up to 4 weeks each summer and this would be for 2 weeks then you would be able to fly home for the weekend in between. There will also be some winter travelling to the families ski chalet so someone with skiing experience would also be a bonus. There was also some PA duties involved in the role, some diary management for the children. You must have an updated CRB police check and a minimum of 4 years experience in the UK as a professional high caliber nanny, excellent English and some tutoring experience or experience with older children’s homework. You must also be able to work with dogs as the family is looking in to getting a puppy in the near future.
