Head Of Pre-School required which has 40 children and10 staff. We need a dynamic, focused, experienced Early Years Professional with experience of Management.
Some of your responsibilities include -

Ensuring that the Pre-School is provide high standards of quality within the nursery.
Lead planning for the EYFS curriculum and maintain accurate records.
Making sure that the staff ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand, and follow Ensuring that the Pre-School Unit is coherent with Child Protection Procedures.
To support and supervise room staff with their day to day duties.
Be responsible for participating in all self-development activities including appraisals supervisions, recruitment, palnning the staff rota
Meeting and updating the Centre Manager.
