MG157OL – Governess/English Tutor job in Magnitogorsk G10, B9, B5 ASAP
Offer:
Salary of £1000+ net per week
5 days 10 hours a day (two day off)
Live out in family’s guest cottage
1 year contract, 4 weeks trial period
Terms:
Teach English language and grammar
Plan education games and activities
The children have extracurricular activities: Russian and math classes, chess, and swimming.
The younger boys speak basic English, the older girl speaks at a good level
The family travels a lot – summer in Spain and skiing every weekend during the year. The Governess will be required to travel with the family.
Magnitogorsk is a 2 hour flight away from Moscow
The mother in this family speaks English
Requirements:
B Ed. or other teaching qualification
Have minimum 3 years experience with teaching English with this age group, preferable experience overseas.
Candidate must be sporty (fond of skiing), energetic, love outdoors, pleasant and presentable, flexible and adaptable (willing to work irregular/extra hours if requested), responsible, be very organized in planning/daily work/reporting of the day’s progress.
Native English speaker
Candidates with knowledge of Russian and experience working overseas will have an advantage.
