I have an exciting new vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker with Children and Families experience to join a friendly and dynamic team in Blackburn.
Previous experience of working within Fostering is essential. You must have a degree in Social work, or a masters in Social work or any other GSCC recognised qualification.
Working within a local authority in Blackburn you will become part of the Fostering team. The role operates Monday to Friday, on a part time basis, however flexibility can be offered within these hours.
Your key responsibilities will include carrying out full kinship assessments, using Baaf templates, complying with fostering and special regulations, presenting reports to the fostering panel, completing Form F assessments and guiding Foster Carers.
